FREE PARK PASS WITH LIBRARY CARD

A SD library card = free park pass!

The library is no longer just a place to find some perfect vacation reading. It's now where you can get a free pass for any South Dakota State Park, Recreation Area, or Nature Area!

This new program makes it even easier — and cheaper — to explore some of South Dakota's most beautiful places.

1) Take your library card to your local South Dakota library. (If they're not on this list of participating libraries, ask them to be!)

2) Check out your three-day state park vehicle pass.

3) Display the pass on your vehicle's rearview mirror.

4) Enjoy your exploration!

Please note that each library has a limited number of passes. For more information, click here.

The only thing left to decide is where you're going to go. Don't worry. We have a few ideas.
