The Bashful Bison Market, co-located with Hay Camp Brewing Co., is a one-of-a-kind downtown Rapid City delicatessen that features hot and cold sandwiches named after local communities in the Black Hills area. We believe that behind every meal is a story. Our vision is to create a unique culinary experience where patrons not only enjoy their food, but also begin to learn the story of the food. Our team works to develop and grow our business with the same honesty used to create our recipes, through utilizing sustainably produced products and supporting the local food system. We are open 8 a.m.-2 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
