At Spoke-N-Sport, we love cycling and winter sports. We have what you need to get out and enjoy the outdoors. Bikes, bike gear, accessories, clothing, service, skateboards, skis, snowboards, snowshoes, winter clothing, custom boot fitting, bike & gear rentals, and more. The well-seasoned staff has extensive experience and loves working with cyclists in Brookings and the region each and every day. Our goal is to get more people on bikes by removing the barriers that keep them from riding. Spoke-N-Sport offers rentals, with daily and weekly rates available. We also have two Sioux Falls locations. Our Brookings hours are 10 a.m.-7 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday; 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday; and 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday (closed Sunday and Monday).

Spring Creek State Recreation Area

Sitting on the shores of beautiful Lake Oahe north of Pierre, Spring Creek Recreation Area is a water-lover's paradise. Springfield State Recreation Area

Springfield Recreation Area is nestled along the shore with breathtaking views of the Missouri River in southeastern South Dakota. Adjacent to the park overlooking the river is a beautiful nine-hole golf course and a bike trail connects the park to the town of Springfield. Facilities include 20 campsites, two camping cabins, a fishing dock, a boat ramp, a picnic shelter and a playground.

Springs Inn Cafe and Lounge is a locally-owned and -operated, family-friendly restaurant serving home-style food and delicious homemade pies. Enjoy the lunch buffet and salad bar every Tuesday and Thursday. There is spacious seating for 220, including a large banquet/meeting room. We offer a full menu of steak, seafood, salads and soups.
