A Homestead Brew
A Homestead Brew embraces a farm-to-table type approach to brewing whenever possible. In 2012, we started a hop farm near Valley Springs just east of Sioux Falls in southeastern South Dakota. We are a locally-owned family hop farm built on the same land our grandfather built his homestead on more than 100 years ago. After a tour of our hop farm, you can then sample our latest beer. We are open 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday, and by reservation on Saturday and Sunday.Abbey of the Hills Inn and Retreat Center

They saw the area as a place where people, particularly youth, could enjoy the land and learn more about the natural world surrounding them. There is a visitor center, restored historical buildings, interpretive exhibits, cross country ski rentals and 10 miles of trails.Pagination
