Mad Mountain Adventures is a locally-owned and -operated snowmobile rental outfitter located near Lead in the beautiful Black Hills. We strive to offer quality machines and top notch customer service. Choose from half-day and full-day adventures to experience the Black Hills in a way you haven't before. Reservations are not required, but we strongly recommend them. Walk-ins are welcome, but there is no guarantee that we will have machines available for rent. Our business hours are 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday, during the snowmobile season (December 15 - March 31).

The Magnuson Grand Rushmore View Inn in Keystone is a great location. It is the closest hotel to Mount Rushmore National Memorial and offers a view of the monument from the main parking lot and check-in area. It is also conveniently located near Sheridan Lake and minutes from the downtown Keystone boardwalk. The hotel offers causal rooms with a flat screen TV and coffee maker in each room. The rooms all have private bathrooms with heated floors and personal AC/heating. The inn is within walking distance of downtown Vermillion as well as the University of South Dakota campus and many churches.
The Main Street Mercantile in Mitchell offers ice cream, toys, games, popcorn, soda, candy, soup and sandwiches. We are open 8 a.m.-10 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, and 12-6 p.m., Sunday and Monday.
