Located on the west side of Riverside Park (intersection of Walnut Street and Riverside Drive), this trail (.6 miles each level) is the historic double-decker Meridian Bridge. It was originally dedicated on October 11, 1924, as a toll bridge on the upper deck. The bridge spans the Missouri National Recreational River, which is a national park. Visitors can walk, run, or ride bikes on both levels of the bridge and enjoy a wonderful vantage point to look upon the river's wild and scenic waters.Pagination
